DANIEL L. ZITZER

Biography: Daniel is a shareholder of Bascom, Budish & Ceman, S.C. He initially began defending worker’s compensation cases on behalf of a self-insured employer in 1991, and since that time the principal focus of his practice has involved worker’s compensation litigation. He has handled over 1500 worker’s compensation cases in Wisconsin including cases before the Department of Workforce Development, the Labor and Industry Review Commission, and in the circuit courts and appellate courts including the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Dan also has extensive prior civil litigation experience. He has tried a number of cases throughout Wisconsin in state and federal courts.
