Practice Area: Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation and worker's compensation defense. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Wisconsin and Missouri, United States District Court – Eastern District of Wisconsin, United States District Court – Western District of Wisconsin, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Biography:  Dan is a shareholder of Bascom, Budish & Ceman, S.C. He joined the firm in 2019 and previously was a shareholder of Otjen, Gendelman, Zitzer, Johnson & Weir, S.C. Dan initially began defending worker's compensation cases on behalf of a self-insured employer in 1991. He has handled over 2000 worker's compensation cases at the administrative level as well as in the circuit courts and appellate courts including the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Dan also has extensive civil litigation experience and has tried a number of cases throughout Wisconsin in state and federal courts. In 2019, Dan was admitted to practice in the state of Missouri.
